This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and standards for using Kardz products, services, and technologies (collectively referred to as "Services"). This Policy is designed to protect Kardz, its users, and the broader online community from unethical, irresponsible, or illegal activity.
1. Fair Use
Kardz services are provided for "business as usual" use. Excessive or abusive usage may result in additional fees or restrictions.
Kardz prohibits any form of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement, or harmful actions towards individuals, groups, or resources.
2. Customer Accountability
- Users are responsible for their actions and those of anyone accessing Kardz services under their account.
- Users must implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Complaints about users violating this Policy will be directed to the account holder.
- Kardz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations without notice.
3. Prohibited Activities
a) Copyright Infringement & Unauthorized Content
Users may not:
- Distribute or store copyrighted material without authorization.
- Share obscene, defamatory, illegal, or export-controlled content.
b) Spam & Unauthorized Messaging
Users may not:
- Send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (spam).
- Operate mailing lists without confirmed opt-in verification.
- Use purchased email or phone number lists for marketing.
c) Unethical, Exploitative & Malicious Activities
Users may not:
- Engage in hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to accounts.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code into the Kardz platform.
- Participate in activities intended to harass, abuse, or discriminate against individuals or groups.
- Engage in illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, or illicit gambling.
- Represent Kardz fraudulently for unauthorized gain.
4. Unauthorized Use of Kardz Property
Users may not impersonate Kardz, falsely claim business relationships, or misuse Kardz trademarks and services.
5. Enforcement & Consequences
Kardz reserves the right to take action against violations, including:
- Warning notices for minor infractions.
- Account suspension or termination for serious or repeated violations.
- Legal action or reporting violations to law enforcement where required.
- No refunds for services terminated due to violations.
6. Changes to This Policy
Kardz may update this Policy at any time. The revised version takes effect when published on our website or within 30 days of notification.
